Our group recently published two papers in ChemSusChem: “Direct Conversion of Wheat Straw into Electricity with a Biomass Flow Fuel Cell Mediated by Two Redox Ion Pairs” and “Low energy catalytic electrolysis for simultaneously hydrogen evolution and lignin depolymerization.” A third paper, “Facile approach for synthesis of doped carbon electrocatalyst from cellulose nanofibrils toward high-performance metal-free oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution,” appeared in Nano Energy. Also, an article in Wiley’s ChemistryViews highlighted Deng’s work on converting biomass to electricity.
